There are a couple of Perry Bible Fellowship comics about transformers, very funny. Looking at this picture reminded me of the second one, in which the passengers in the pickup truck get smeared upon transformation.
What happens to all the people inside the church when the legs unfold, the head pops out, the arms extend etc.?
Also, I love the "Don't Fuck With Jesus" on the feet - those churchbots are always so down on sex. I'm guessing the J-Man would have enjoyed a good rimjob.
