Via the JREF Forums, it's the quack-o-meter! Seems it looks for key words and phrases that serve as warning signs for medical quackery or something on websites, and measures the result in canards, the SI unit for quackery. I gave it a couple tests. Seems to be working fine.
They're currently beta-testing a name search version, too. Gave it a couple tests, as well. Well... they're probably still ironing out some bugs.

As you would expect.
The name search is goofy. I ended up with pages from my university physics classes, and fraternity. The webpage judge seems alright, however.
