Well, it's the Fourth of July. Orac posts a few good thoughts. I might post a few of my own, though it'll be hard to top the respectfully insolent one. Pharyngula posts about something that should have every American's blood boiling. But it'll probably get adopted along with a phrase on our monies and a prayer I was coerced into every morning. Because, you know, turning our government ever so slowly into a theocracy will protect us from people who'd want to turn us into a theocracy of a trivially different sort.
Sorry if some of those links are as rambly as I am, but hey, that's what this blog is named... For now, at least.
Well, in the meantime, celebrate the hopefully not-posthumous birthday of your/our secular nation by blowing up a small piece of it.
